On Friday, Mike and I made our way out to Cigarfest 2010. Traffic was light and we made excellent time to the resort. While killing time until we were scheduled to met up with Jason C. (Long time viewer of Stogie Review), I spoke with Jon Huber about scheduling our interview with him. It just so happened that he just got in and had some spare time as well. A few minutes later we got together with Jon and talked cigars.
Check out the video below to learn about the new La Traviata Maduro. In addition, Jon tells us about the Real Campaign and the status of CAO’s other lines with the hot La Traviata taking center stage.
you and mike made out?
Great interview Walt and Jon; always encouraging to hear about comradeship within the industry.
Awesome stuff Walt…yeah Liga 9B3M didn’t give me the warm and fuzzy feeling either. Glad to hear that my feedback was appreciated.
Sweet interview Walt. There is not doubt in my mind that he will have his own brand soon, the guy is a natural and what the guy does for the industry is great. Keep up the great work guys!
Cool and interesting interview. It seems like Jon is a regular guy who enjoys cigars and is thankful for the gig he landed. The industry probably could use more guys like him. He sees the importance of being online and it’s nice that he knows SR is the shit.
u just gave me a good idea ima past all my bands in a note book
Hey…I was hanging out with the traveling crew on the other side of that curtain! I remember when the Poison song started up at the AJ Fernandez event!
I was lucky enough to score a couple La Traviata Maduros and they are very good, although I’m not sure if I like them as much as the original blend…we’ll have to wait and see what the actual production model brings.
